The Stonecutters working at La Carrière belong to two Companion Brotherhoods:

Stonecutting workshops welcome every year thousands of children in school or vacation groups. Each workshop is an occasion for children and teenagers to handle, concretely transform, with genuine tools, a true material , stone.
